    1. Agreement to Terms

    These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS AND LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE LLC ("IBLI Global", "IBLI", "we", "us", or "our"), a Limited Liability Company registered in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, concerning your access to and use of the website https://ibliglobal.com and any related services (the "Platform").

    By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

    2. Services

    IBLI Global provides digital educational courses, training materials, and certification programs delivered online. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

    3. Payments and Billing

    All course purchases are one-time payments. Payments are securely processed via Stripe by Jazmin Business Group, LLC on behalf of IBLI Global.

    By making a purchase, you agree that:

    • you are authorized to use the selected payment method
    • all payments are final (see Refund Policy)
    • access to digital content constitutes delivery of the product

    IBLI Global does not store your payment card information.

    4. Refund Policy

    All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the courses, no refunds will be issued once access to the course has been granted.

    5. Intellectual Property Rights

    All content on the Platform, including but not limited to courses, text, graphics, audio, and materials ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to IBLI Global.

    You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for personal use only. You may NOT:

    • copy, reproduce, or distribute course content
    • resell or share course access
    • use content for commercial purposes without permission

    6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

    You agree not to:

    • share your account credentials with others
    • resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any course content
    • copy or download content in bulk
    • use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems
    • attempt to reverse engineer or bypass platform protections
    • use the platform for unlawful purposes
    • impersonate another person or provide false information

    Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

    7. Account Responsibility

    You are responsible for:

    • maintaining the confidentiality of your account
    • all activity under your account

    You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

    8. Certification Disclaimer

    Certificates issued by IBLI Global are provided as proof of course completion. IBLI Global does NOT guarantee:

    • employment opportunities
    • academic equivalency
    • government recognition
    • licensing or professional acceptance

    You are solely responsible for verifying recognition requirements in your country or industry.

    9. No Professional Advice

    Content provided through IBLI Global does not constitute legal, financial, academic, or professional advice.

    10. Service Availability

    We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, IBLI Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damage arising from your use of the Platform.

    12. Indemnification

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IBLI Global and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Kentucky, USA.

    14. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
