    4. Action Upon Notification

    5. Counter-Notification

    If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification.

    Your counter-notification must include:

    • your name and contact information
    • identification of the removed content and its location before removal
    • a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake
    • your consent to jurisdiction in a U.S. court
    • your physical or electronic signature

    6. Repeat Infringers

    IBLI Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    IBLI Global is not liable for content uploaded, shared, or distributed by users or third parties.
